Welkom bij Koozie Proeverij
Kom binnen en proef 't leven. Dat is het motto als je ons monumentale pand op het Noordereiland -hartje Rotterdam- binnenstapt. Bij Koozie is iedereen welkom om in alle rust en tussen het overdadige groen te komen genieten van de gezelligheid en te proeven van al het lekkers dat we graag voor je bereiden. Van een heerlijk ontbijt in de ochtend, een smakelijke lunch rond de middag of lekker borrelen in de namiddag. Zit 's zomers lekker op ons zonovergoten terras of kom binnen in onze warme Koozie huiskamer.
Met heerlijke verse ingrediënten, zoals brood van Jordy's Bakery, bereiden Koozie's keukenhelden jouw ontbijt of lunch. Ondertussen kan jij al genieten van de lekkerste koffie van Giraffe Coffee Roasters, een speciaal uit Barcelona geïmporteerd Estrella biertje, een echt Rotterdams craftbier van Brouwerij Noordt of een goed glas van één van onze speciaal geselecteerde wijnen.
In onze brood- en patisseriecorner kan je iets lekkers uitzoeken om direct van te smullen of om mee naar huis te nemen. Elke dag hebben we vers brood van Jordy's Bakery, dit in heel Rotterdam beroemde brood kan je kopen in onze broodcorner of bij ons bestellen (min. 2 dagen van tevoren). Daarnaast bakt Koozie's Marina dagelijks heerlijke taarten zoals Koozie's befaamde carrotcake en andere patisserie specialiteiten.
Wil je een bijeenkomst, high-tea, vergadering, borrel of feest organiseren bij Koozie, informeer dan naar de mogelijkheden. Binnen onze openingstijden kunnen we vaak onze entresol hiervoor reserveren. Buiten openinstijden (in de avonduren) is dit op verzoek soms ook mogelijk in geheel Koozie. Neem daarvoor contact met ons op, we vertellen je graag over de mogelijkheden.

Welcome to Koozie Tastery
Step inside and taste the good things in life. That is the motto when you enter our monumental building on the Noordereiland, Rotterdams central river island. At Koozie everyone is welcome to come in and enjoy the coziness among the lush greenery and to taste all the delicious things that we like to prepare for you. From a delicious breakfast in the morning, a tasty lunch around noon or a nice drink and tapas in the afternoon. In the summer, sit on our sun-drenched terrace or come inside in our Koozie livingroom.
With delicious fresh ingredients, such as bread from Jordy's Bakery, Koozie's kitchen heroes prepare your breakfast or lunch. In the meantime, you can already enjoy the best coffee from Giraffe Coffee Roasters, a special Estrella pilsner imported from Barcelona, several Rotterdam craft beers from Brouwerij Noordt or a good glass of one of our specially imported wines.
In our bread and pastry corner you can choose something delicious to enjoy right away or to take home with you. Every day we have fresh bread from Jordy's Bakery, famous in whole Rotterdam. It can be bought in our bread corner or ordered at us (min. 2 days in advance). In addition, Koozie's owner Marina bakes delicious pies and treats every day, such as Koozie's famous carrot cake and pastry specialties.
If you would like to organize a meeting, high-tea, conference or party at Koozie, please inquire about the possibilities. Within regular opening hours we can offer our first floor for this. In evening hours this is sometimes also possible for entire Koozie. Contact us with your wishes and we can tell you all possibilities.
